10 points required for each free plaque & one plate
4 points required for each free plate

Life members receive free dinner.
You must be a training or senior member for the entire year to be eligible for FREE a year-end award. You may purchase any award at club cost if above qualifications are not met or add dollars to points to come up with enough.
If you have the full amount of points for the award you are applying for:

Please submit photos and information plus a check for amount not covered by points.
Mail a check payable to BCDTC and send it with your award requests:

$2.50 for each point you are short
Submissions:
Include a CLEAR, color, horizontal photo, no larger than 3½ inches high by 5 inches wide, handler’s contact information (in case there are questions about information submitted.) Write additional dog/plaque or plate information on an additional sheet of paper.
